Behind the Scenes 2018 - Day 2 Athletes were facing the unknown on a trail run where they only knew the time cap. No road map, no distance. Just run and figuring it out on the fly. Josef Hesse from CrossFit Schmelztiegel found himself in his wheelhouse being a weightlifter. The battle between Kevin Winkens and Hendrik Senf becomes more thrilling. Behind the Scenes 2018 - Day 1 On day 1 the athletes received their briefing for the first couple events they were about to face over the course of the weekend. Their first event will be "DT". A classic CrossFit Hero Benchmark workout. Tina Weiland, one of the top female contenders, injured herself during the first workout and withdrew from competition. Halfway There Throwdown 2017 - Aftermovie Taking a loopback on 2017... The Sommer is almost over, but we are not done yet! A couple Throwdowns are left this year and Open Prep is about to start. So we are kinda "Halfway There..." The "Halfway There Throwdown" is a Functional Fitness Competition, searching for the fittest Athletes in OWL and surroundings. We will test the Athlete's broad fitness capacities in challenging yet fun and entertaining events. The Finale will take place on 26. & 27. August at CrossFit Bielefeld, NRW.
