The Dottir will return

It has been her first trip to Germany as the Icelandic native qualified for the 2018 Halfway There Throwdown. She was all smiles arriving at the venue and seeing the location for the first time. Fanney works as a bootcamp instructor at CrossFit XY in Iceland, while pursuing here Masters degree in Exercise Science.

The expectations were high as Fanney placed 3rd overall after the 3 Online Qualifiers in September 2018. Her drive and cheerful attitude also impacted her competition. She placed 13th after failing to complete a Ring Muscle Up in the final event of the competition.

Excited about the 2019 Halfway There Throwdown Magnusdottir will give her best to qualify for the finals again in late September. The Qualifiers will start on June 6th and the Athlete Registration is still open.
